Four support areas during implementation
Are electrical, mechanical and architectural works clashing?
Interfaces between trades are gone through on the drawings and on site, before shafts, walls and ceilings are closed.
Does the employer want to see the real state of the project?
A regular technical picture of the works: what is open, what has been decided, what is waiting and on whom.
Is testing, energisation or handover approaching?
Readiness is checked against open works, test requirements and documents while there is still time to close them.

Corporate and large-scale projects
For employers, investors, developers, contractors, industrial operators and project management teams we support the flow of technical information, coordination, reporting and handover readiness. In these projects the four services can be provided separately or as linked scopes.
Villa and office projects
Here we support implementation checks, the coordination of electrical points, lighting, data, security and automation systems, and the review of outstanding items before handover. A full technical office desk or regular management reporting is usually not needed at this scale, so we do not offer it as a default.
