Who is responsible
Peritus Electric is the controller of the personal data described here. Our contact details are on the Contact page and repeated at the end of this policy.
What we collect
The only personal data this site asks for is what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, phone number, company, the subject you select, and your message. We do not ask for anything else, and there is no account to create.
Why we use it
We use those details solely to answer your enquiry and, where it leads to work, to carry out the resulting correspondence. We do not sell them, and we do not use them for advertising.
Spam protection
Contact form submissions are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm they come from a person rather than an automated script. Turnstile receives technical signals from your browser for that check.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. These scripts load only if you accept analytics in the cookie banner, and not before. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
Who else sees it
Your message is delivered to us by email through our email provider, and the site itself is hosted on infrastructure operated by our hosting and database providers. Each of them processes the data only to provide that service.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it remains commercially relevant, and delete it once it no longer is.
Your rights
You may ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will respond.
