Peritus Electric
COMMERCIAL PROJECT | END-TO-END PROJECT SUPPORT

A controlled project flow from tender to handover

ADP's Bla Bla Bar project was a multi-layered commercial investment where tender, cost, subcontractor, technical documentation and quality processes all overlapped from bid to handover. Left to run independently, these strands would have meant losing coordination on site. Peritus stepped in at this point, bringing every process together under a single chain of decision and responsibility.

The project's need

In a project as layered as Bla Bla Bar, the danger rarely announces itself: the scope agreed at tender quietly drifts as work moves forward. A material decision slips, a technical question goes unanswered, a quality record falls behind -- and soon no one can say what the next payment is actually based on. ADP needed one simple thing: every decision traceable all the way to handover.

Peritus's approach

Peritus started with the tender documents, then tied every step that followed -- subcontractor selection, material approvals, site records -- into that same chain. Purchasing moved in step with the schedule; technical questions and quality records were kept current on a regular rhythm. By the time commissioning arrived, the evidence was already there -- not a last-minute scramble.

Value created for the project

By the end, ADP wasn't holding a folder of scattered documents but one coherent story: what each decision rested on, who was tracking it, and what close-out required were clear from the start. The project stayed under control not just on site, but on paper too.

CLIENT RECOGNITION
The tracking structure Peritus put in place from tender to handover meant we never lost visibility at any stage of the project. Their attention to material and quality processes made a real difference, especially in the run-up to handover.
