What is a realistic budget for the project?
Taking into account the project’s scope, the current level of design and known market conditions, we prepare a cost estimate that gives your budget decisions a solid basis. The estimate range and level of uncertainty are set at the start of the work according to how complete the available project information is, rather than promised as a fixed figure.

What we need to start
You do not need a finished design to start; we work with the level you have and record any gaps as open items that can be firmed up later.

FROM THE FIELD
From the field
An office fit-out was being planned around a budget set from a rough per-square-metre figure. Working from the concept drawings, we prepared an estimate covering the power and low-current packages, the switchgear and the delivery conditions for imported equipment. The result sat noticeably above the original figure, and by showing the assumptions behind it we let the client adjust either the budget or the scope before going out to bid.
